If I could tell my younger self  3 things...

 

1) If you believe everything you read about diets, you'll think every food will either poison you, or make you fat.

2) If you focus on training to be strong and feel good, your appearance will change. Get off the scales and stop looking in the mirror. 

3) In order to play to your strengths, you need to stop comparing yourself to other people for long enough to figure out what they are.
